Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices may change without prior notice Product colors may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen settings
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors All products are subject to availability

Orders

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice
  • Order cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled
  • Bulk orders may require advance payment

Payment

  • We accept the following payment methods:
    → Cash on Delivery (COD)
    → Bank Transfer
    → EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • COD orders must be paid at the time of delivery

  • Bank transfer orders will be processed after payment confirmation

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan

  • Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days

  • Delivery charges are flat Rs. 200

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3000

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    → Bad weather conditions
    → Road blockage or accidents
    → Natural disasters or emergencies
    → Public holidays

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tag must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Exchange is not accepted on:
    → Sale or discounted items
    → Used or washed items
    → Items without original tag

  • No refund after order is dispatched

Unboxing Video Policy

  • Customer must record an unboxing video while opening the parcel

  • No claims will be accepted without unboxing video proof

  • Video must be clear and uncut

  • This policy protects both customer and our brand

  • Your personal information will never be shared with third parties

  • We only collect information necessary to process your order:
