How do I place an order?

Simply select your product, choose size and color, click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. It's that easy!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing. After that the order will be processed for dispatch.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

How long will my order take to arrive?

 Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days across Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges?

Flat Rs. 200 delivery charges all over Pakistan.
FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 3000.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver to every city and town across Pakistan.

What if my order is delayed?

In some cases delivery may take longer due to bad weather, road blockage or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Returns & Exchange

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

What are the conditions for exchange?

• Item must be unused
• Original tag must be attached
• Item must be in original condition

What if I receive a wrong item?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with an unboxing video and we will arrange a FREE exchange for you.
