Delivery Time

Standard Delivery:
→ All over Pakistan: 5 to 7 Working Days

Please Note:
→ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
→ Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day
→ Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day

Delivery Charges

  • Flat Rs. 200 delivery charges all over Pakistan
  • FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 3000
  • No hidden charges

Order Processing

After placing your order:

Step 1 → Order confirmation sent via WhatsApp/SMS
Step 2 → Order packed within 24 hours
Step 3 → Dispatched to courier
Step 4 → Tracking number sent via WhatsApp/SMS
Step 5 → Delivered to your doorstep

  • Tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch
  • You can track your order on courier company website For tracking help contact us on WhatsApp anytime

Delayed Deliveries

In some cases delivery may take longer than expected due to:

→ Bad weather conditions
→ Road blockage or accidents
→ Natural disasters or emergencies
→ Strike or political situations
→ Public holidays
→ Remote area locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by the above reasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Receiving Your Order

Please follow these steps when receiving your parcel:

✅ Open parcel in front of courier
✅ Check your items carefully
✅ Verify size and color
✅ Pay only after satisfaction

⚠️ Important:
Record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
No claims accepted without video proof.

Damaged Parcel

If you receive a damaged parcel:

→ Refuse the parcel immediately
→ Take photos and video
→ Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours
→ We will arrange replacement or exchange for you
