Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

You can exchange your item if:

✅ Wrong color received
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Manufacturing defect found

Exchange Conditions

Exchange will only be accepted if:

✅ Item is unused and unwashed
✅ Original tag is attached
✅ Item is in original packaging
✅ Exchange request made within 7 days
✅ Unboxing video is available

Exchange will NOT be accepted if:

❌ Item has been used or washed
❌ Original tag is removed
❌ 7 days have passed
❌ No unboxing video available
❌ Item is damaged by customer
❌ Sale or discounted items

How to Request Exchange

Step 1 → Record unboxing video while opening parcel

Step 2 → Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days

Step 3 → Send us:
→ Unboxing video
→ Order number
→ Reason for exchange
→ Photos of item

Step 4 → Our team will review your request within 24 hours

Step 5 → Exchange confirmed send item back to us

Step 6 → New item dispatchedvto you

Return Policy

Returns are accepted in the following cases only:

✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Defective or damaged item received
✅ Item not as described on website

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Wrong size ordered by customer
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Items without original tag
❌ Used or washed items

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in these cases only:

✅ Before order dispatch
✅ Item out of stock after payment
✅ Defective item — if exchange not possible

Refund will NOT be given if:

❌ Order already dispatched
❌ Change of mind after delivery

Shipping Charges for Exchange

If exchange is due to:

Our Mistake:

✅ Defective item
→ We will bear all shipping charges

Customer Request:
→ Wrong size ordered
→ Change of mind
→ Customer will bear shipping charges

Unboxing Video Policy

⚠️ Very Important!

Unboxing video is MANDATORY for all claims.

→ Record video while opening parcel
→ Video must be clear and uncut
→ Do not stop recording until item is fully checked
→ No claim will be accepted without video proof

This policy protects both customer and our brand.

Non Returnable Items

Following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Sale items
❌ Discounted items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Items marked as final sale
❌ Customized or personalized items

Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If parcel is damaged on delivery:

✅ Refuse parcel immediately
✅ Take photos and video
✅ Contact us within 24 hours
✅ We will arrange replacement

Do NOT accept damaged parcel and then complain later.
